Refund policy

We accept returns for unused and uninstalled clac items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email david@waasg.com with your order number, item, and reason for return. If approved, we will reply with return instructions.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Installed adhesive products, used screen films, used key stickers, opened application films, and items damaged during installation are not eligible for return unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
